THE NARROWING was an award-winning multi-media theatrical production by Archipelago Theatre that premiered in the fall of 2013. Directed by Ellen Hemphill, it featured video by Jim Haverkamp, set and costume design by Jan Chambers, dramaturgy by Nor Hall and an original score by Allison Leyton-Brown. The piece follows the stories of different pairs of characters throughout history, from the middle ages to World War II era to the present and future eras. The score features Allison Leyton-Brown (piano), Katherine Kresek (violin) and Peter Sachon (cello).
